It’s a fitting choice for a restaurant that furthers the reputation for high quality and sophisticated food north of the border and offers Edinburgh’s locals and visitors a sublime setting in which is enjoyed Wishart’s signature blend of great Scottish ingredients and delectable French flavour. Developed by Head Chef Paul Tamburrini alongside Martin Wishart, The Honours’ menu is inspired by traditional brasserie dining, yet takes its lead from seasonal availability with fresh ingredients used throughout and meals cooked to order, presented beautifully and served by polite, impeccably mannered staff. Working in tandem with Jean Christophe, the manager of flagship Restaurant Martin Wishart, the team at The Honours have put together a wine list that reflects the variety and flavour of the food menu without overwhelming the diner with choice.
